I hosted a private wine tasting for 48 people at my home this past spring ’08 and Liz catered the event in my home. It was a HUGE success and the food was well prepped and looked and tasted fabulous. I met Liz at a charity function where she was the chef and my husband tasted the corn cakes and said, "Book her for our wine tasting!", and the rest is history!!! Liz and I have become friends and she has been asked by many of my Silpada hostess’ to cater the food for their Silpada in home parties. We have had such fun working with each other and our friends have had double the fun with fantastic food and beautiful jewelry to view!!!!!! I would recommend Liz’ food to anyone for any type of event, she made mine a huge success!!!!!!!

Without a doubt, I would recommend Exquisite Cuisine for anyone planning an event! I have attended several parties and meetings where Liz’s company has catered. The food and service is always superb! Exquisite Cuisine is great for catering small intimate events up to large events. I have attended or hired EC to cater at my home for as few as 15 people as well as hiring EC for commercial events for up to 180 plus. Everything that I have sampled from EC has been wonderful! Liz is very good at discovering what you like so that she can customize the menu.

Thank you so much for making my niece’s graduation luau such a hit! Everyone loved your food. Even the teenagers couldn’t stop talking about how great everything was. I have attended several of Liz’s cooking classes and tours and have been to several events that she has catered. The food is always incredibly good! In fact, I really enjoyed a rib eye she prepared and I normally don’t even like rib eye!! It was very tasty!! I have also had an appetizer with blue cheese in it and it actually made me enjoy blue cheese!! Additionally, I referred my next door neighbor to Liz when she needed a small dinner party catered for her family. I asked her after how it went. She said the food was great and that she really enjoyed Liz. I would highly recommend Liz for any catering job. She is a great chef and a fun person to get to know as well!!

Exquisite Cuisine catered my 10th wedding anniversary dinner. My husband is a very finicky eater and I wanted to surprise him with a romantic dinner for 2 in our own home. I wondered if Liz could pull off such an enormous task. While I kept my husband out of our home for a couple of hours, Liz entered and magically transformed my home into a romantic getaway. She had cocktails waiting for us the very moment we walked in the door. We enjoyed the most scrumptious appetizers on our back patio as we relaxed, unwound and watched the sun set. Liz transitioned us to the formal dining room where an elegant four course dinner was served. Liz did an amazing job of pacing the courses so we could savor every moment of a fantastic meal, of each other’s company and of a quiet, kid-free home. My husband raved about the food (as did I)! Liz not only served a fabulous meal, she created an atmosphere and memories that my husband and I will cherish forever.

I’m using Liz from Exquisite Cuisine and I LOVE her. Her prices are really great, she’s incredibly friendly and easy to get in touch with, and of course the food is just flat out amazing. She comes to your house to cook the food for your tasting and makes it into a dinner party for up to 6 people... honestly it was probably the best experience I’ve had to date for wedding planning stuff.
