Cooking Classes

Have you ever wanted to learn how to make a perfectly seared steak? How about cook a live lobster? Are you tired of making chicken the same old ways? Let us come to you to and teach you how! Contact Exquisite Cuisine about arranging a personal cooking class! Here is how it works:

  • Decide some general item you and your friends are interested in learning how to cook
  • Contact Exquisite Cuisine and arrange a day and time we can come out to your house to teach the class
  • We will customize each item on the menu
  • You invite your friends, each of whom pays for the class (usually between $20 and $40 per person, depending on the menu)
  • As host, you provide the drinks, dinnerware and kitchen, but you attend the class for free and get to keep any leftovers!
  • Guests eat the final product, so class turns into a wonderful dinner party!
  • We can work in almost any sized kitchen!
  • We ask that you limit the number of guests to 10

Central Market Tours

Have you ever wandered through the grocery aisles and wondered what all those strange fruits and vegetables are? Have you been uncertain about how to pick fresh fish? Have you been curious about all those wonderful looking cheeses? How about spices? Did you know there were multiple varieties of salt available? What is the difference between bread flour, cake flour and all-purpose flour?

We can answer those questions for you, and more, with a tour of Central Market on North Lamar! We consider Central Market to be the finest grocery in town, with amazing variety and unparalleled freshness. However, most foods there can be found in your local store as well! If you want to learn to shop like a chef, contact Exquisite Cuisine about arranging a Central Market Tour for you and your friends (a minimum of 5 students is required). The tour costs $20 and ends with a stop at the café or gelato bar. Plan on at least two hours for the tour.
